	The thing that remains constant among menu items is the use of quality ingredients. However, this is just one example of how owner Joaquin Garofalo pays great attention to details. They also installed a special water filtration process to bring Albuquerque’s hard water closer to the water used in New York crusts. The result is great tasting food.
