Lost certificate or can't print it?

NOTE: Check your Spam/bulk/deleted items folder to make sure that the certificate did not get caught by your spam filter.

If you lost your certificate or could not print your certificate, send an email to brett@999dine.com with the following information:

  • Name
  • Email address used for your purchase
  • Name of Restaurant
  • Date of purchase (if possible)
  • Unique code (if possible)

Our goal at 999dine.com is to respond as soon as possible - less than 24 hours Monday-Friday.  If you need your certificate immediately, call 1.866.999.3463.
